أنصح كل من يكره الرياضة بتجربة زومبا، سواء في النوادي، أو عبر الدفيدي أو حتى البحث عنه عبر الإنترنت ..
زومبا هي رقصة رياضية، و هي لغاية الآن تعتبر رقم واحد بين أنواع التمارين، لأن الناس على الرغم من التعب و العرق، إلا أنهم يستمتعون ب زومبا، فهي حارقة للسعرات الحرارية و في نفس الوقت شد للجسم، و تمتاز " بالوناسة " و الفرح، لأنك تستطيع أن تلبس ما تشاء، تقوم بالحركة أيضا على قدرتك، لأنك ترقص ..
و الجميل في الزومبا أنكم تحرقون في الساعة ما بين 500 إلى 800 سعرة حرارية ..
و هذه صور سيدة كانت تمارس الزومبا ..
بكل إختصار " زومبا " رياضة ممتعة لا أعتقد أي أحد سيمل منها ..
